A PERSON AS AN EXPERT IN THEIR OWN LIFE

I won't tell you how to live correctly. Instead, I will help formulate the cause-and-effect relationships so you can make your own decisions.

NORMALITY IS OVERSTATED

The phrase "This is not normal!" often means "I am suffering from this." I suggest not tormenting yourself with the question "Am I normal?" but instead replacing it with "Am I happy? Am I suffering?" In most situations, this is more relevant and even helpful.

A PERSON ≠ THEIR PROBLEM

In a difficult situation, it’s hard to see a way out; perception narrows and resembles a narrow tunnel. I will help you find the strength, see the situation more broadly, and find ways to overcome the difficulty.

BALANCE OF PAIN AND RESOURCES

Change requires confronting difficult painful experiences, realizations, and memories. Change is impossible without strength and resources. Sometimes, in consultations, I will ask direct, not always comfortable questions. At other times, I may suggest taking a break and gathering your strength.
WORK EXPERIENCE

I have been conducting trainings and groups since 2014 and have been consulting since 2015.

I have over 6,244 hours of consultation and more than 6,000 hours of group work. I have experience working in government organizations, non-profit organizations, and with businesses. For example, I have trained youth workers, worked on inclusion, addressed bullying, and focused on the prevention and overcoming of violence, as well as provided interdisciplinary assistance in collaboration with doctors and lawyers.

- Schema therapy. Certified ISST (International Society of Schema Therapy) schema therapist for individual work

- EMDR

I also incorporate in my work:

- Compassion-focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy

- Art therapy (drawing, metaphorical cards, movement)

- Crisis counseling. First psychological aid.

I resonate with narrative practice and feminist therapy as they give significant importance to social factors and context. These approaches do not place all the responsibility for issues on the individual seeking help, but instead consider the reality and the environment in which the person lives.
